Amanda J. Allen is The Coffeehouse Writer, a writing coach and mentor.
She runs the The Coffeehouse Writers Group in Beverley, East Yorkshire, where writers of all stages in their journey come and take part in what is called a 'learn, write and social' event.
The group meet monthly and have an active Facebook group for their writing fix, sharing tips from writing to publishing and author promotion and to cheer everyone. Amanda says "the group was founded to provide support for writers, for when they are successful but more so when they get the knock backs. Having the support from writers who are going through the same as you in immensely important."
